Ron Taylor

Ron Taylor was born December 10, 1956 in Visalia, California.  He graduated with honors from the University of California Davis, obtaining a B.S. degree in Psychology.  Mr. Taylor spent several years working in the mountains of California as a ski patrolman and backcountry guide before coming to Colorado to attend law school.  Mr. Taylor received his law degree in 1986 from the University of Colorado Boulder.

He is a member of the Colorado bar, the U.S. District Courts for Colorado and the Northern District of California, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Taylor joined Cox Baker & Page, LLC in 2011 after practicing as a solo attorney for the past eight years.  His practice includes the areas of family law as well as civil litigation.  In family law, Mr. Taylor has handled a number of high conflict matters that involved the difficult area of parental alienation.  He has also successfully argued several matters in the Colorado Court of Appeals.  Prior to running his own practice, Mr. Taylor was the general counsel for a Colorado health maintenance organization.
 
His practice will continue to be split equally between family law matters and civil litigation.  In addition, he is available to assist clients with appellate issues, health care law, and business matters.
Mr. Taylor is married with three children, and enjoys coaching youth sports.
